Problem With High Paying Adsense Keywords

I've seen many people eager to search and get adsense high paying keyword list. Nothing wrong with that but I don't really into hunting those keywords because :

1. The number of clicks is around 1 - 3 per day
2. too many competitors (everybody crazing to get easy bucks from adsense)
3. the market is too narrow

I make websites that are appealing to the general audience. So number 3 is a no for me.

I don't know CEO much. So my butt will be kicked by CEO expert. 2 is not for met.

Factor 1 plus factor 2 = chances to get click is almost 0.

That's why I don't fancy hunting high paying keywords or niche...

2010 resolution?

It's already 20th Jan! Before it I forget, better write down my expectation for this year. Using math, I think I can earn USD15 by the end of Dec 2010.. So my 2010 resolution is:

I hope by the end of Dec 2010, I will earn USD15 everyday

I considered it a success because it managed to get the 'kick start' I expected.

Anyway, this is an 'active' process, not passive process. On February then I will know whether I really created something useful or just a fad.

This time however, I tried new method which is using Facebook. Result? Lolz. Not very effective. Better stick to my old methods.

Found a new idea for a new project today.. currently 60% complete.. going to launch soon.

January expectation

Weird, even after 2nd January, my visits still around 35% less than usual. Meaning... my earnings are not good too. Wondering what is happening at united states today, or is there something wrong with my website? Hurm...

If this continues, I expect my earning for January will be around USD150.

Well, heard a lot of fuzz regarding Adsense for Domain and today bought a domain to try it. Now waiting for confirmation.

Do I have a luck in Adsense for Domain? Who knows....Will not promote the link and will not break the TOS. That's for sure.

And here's my visitors graph. As you can see, there lines dived during around christmas and new year. For the new year, I am not 100% sure whether it due to new year but since people say 23rd to 2nd Jan is the worst period for adsense publisher, maybe it is... who knows.
